Restorative Yoga is an opportunity to release physical & mental stress in the comfort of supported yoga postures. A wide range of yoga props as well as breath & relaxation guidance are used to contribute to a deep state of rest.
This class allows you to exercise without putting excess strain on your joints and muscles. The gentle activities in warm water, with guidance from an Arthritis Foundation certified instructor, will help you gain strength and flexibility. Excellent for beginning or returning exercisers, and strengthening for pre-surgery and post-surgery.
Body Blast Strength and Spin
A high energy hybrid of cross training, strength intervals, and plyometrics. This class is fun and effective. Don’t be afraid of the name. This class will provide results! New Body Blast include strength training & cycling.
Boxing Strength and Conditioning

Cardio Party and Drum
This class is so much fun you will forget you are working out! First half of the class is either dance, step, high low, or kick boxing. The second half is straight up drumming. Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed.
This is a fun-filled dance and drum class!! You will laugh, sweat, and get fit while listening to your favorite dance and rock tunes.
This multi-level cycling class is great for everyone. Music and video along with an enthusiastic instructor will motivate you through a great cardio workout. You choose your own pace and intensity while the group setting keeps you moving.

This fitness and education program improves the physical, mental, and emotional realities of Parkinson’s disease patients. The instructor provides individualized attention to each participant to help insure safety and effectiveness in class. Classes are a source of fun, social camaraderie, and hope.

This invigorating water class allows you to control your own workout intensity. Workout at your own level while toning muscle, improving flexibility, and moderately increasing your heart rate. The water provides resistance to the muscles as it removes much of the impact to the joints.

Our Pilates mat class is designed to challenge the beginner and the practicing Pilates student. Mat classes are a great way to learn the fundamental principles of the Pilates method. Pilates is a full body-conditioning program comprised of a series of approximately 500 designed movements.
A fun, heart-pumping workout on a spin bike. Ride on the flats, up hills, through rolling hills led by a motivated instructor and listening to great music. Spinning is perfect for everyone since you control the resistance and pedal speed creating just the right intensity for you. Beginners are welcome at all classes. We’ll fit your bike and get you started so you feel comfortable.
Party Line Dance 101
This class offers dance instructions in a fun atmosphere. This is a great way to learn party-line dances and get an effective workout.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated or standing support.
Tai Chi has been recognized as one of the most effective ways to maintain health. This class will begin with a traditional Qi Gong called “Embrace the Tree” which allows you to relax. You will loosen the joints, engage in Qi gong exercises, learn the Yang Tai Chi form, and study each movement separately.

This class will get your day started with a total body workout using low impact movements to strengthen and tone all the muscles of the body and get your heart pumping.

It’s good for endurance athletes, power lifters, and fitness newbies alike. TRX offers a total-body workout, centered on your core and relying on your body weight.
Chair Yoga is a practice using a chair for seated poses, and the chair as a balance point for standing poses. Perfect for those who are unable to get up and down off the floor comfortably or anyone who likes a gentle yoga class.
Mixed-Level Yoga. Flow through your practice while working on poses. This class accommodates a wide range of experience levels from beginner to students that have practiced for a long period of time. This is a medium-paced Vinyasa flow yoga class appropriate for several levels of student ability and experience.
