This class is a total body workout that will have your heart rate elevated while you perform toning exercises. You will use your bodyweight, light weights, and heavy weights to strengthen your muscles and tone your body. You will burn tons of calories by keeping your heart rate elevated.

The gentle activities in warm water, with guidance from an Arthritis Foundation certified instructor, will help you gain strength and flexibility. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated or standing support.
Tai Chi has been recognized as one of the most effective ways to maintain health. This class will begin with a traditional Qi Gong called “Embrace the Tree” which allows you to relax. You will loosen the joints, engage in Qi gong exercises, learn the Yang Tai Chi form, and study each movement separately.
