Fitness Floor

At CSF, we have all of the fitness equipment you will ever need to complete your workout.  We offer over 20 Magnum Weight Machines, 7 Freemotion Weight Machines, a large spacious Free Weight section, treadmills, stationary bicycles, stair steppers, and ellipticals.

Aquatic Center

The most exciting feature of our aquatic center is the water. There are two pools available for your enjoyment. The smaller “wellness” pool temperature is in the low 90’s year-round. The larger “lap” pool temperature is in the low 80’s. The lap pool is used for aquatic classes including swim lessons and water aerobics. There are three lanes available for lap swimming.

Members can access the aquatic center during the hours listed below however, open swim will be restricted during certain periods of time each day to accommodate classes and scheduled events. Please check the aquatic class schedule for specific days/times.

Court Sports

CSF offers two regulation racquetball courts and in our gymnasium two pickleball courts. Reservations are available upon request.  Ask our staff about beginner courses and leagues.

Exercise Studios

From Spinning…Yoga… Boxing… to Senior exercise programs, CSF has four exercise studios coupled with our gymnasium that are used to support various individual and instructional exercise classes.  Visit the classes page for a list of our offerings and the calendar page for schedules.

Gymnasium

Our spacious multifunctional gymnasium can be used for many fitness classes. It can accommodation two pickleball courts, basketball, soccer practice, instructional exercise groups and more.
